Does not back up their warranty. Shell cracked after 1 year of use. Because I am the second owner, again only 1 year old hot tub they won’t warranty it. I am buying a new tub from either bullfrog or hot springs something I know is quality.
I have enjoyed my Four winds spa for approx. 15 years now but the motors and pumps have worn out and I couldn't get decent customer service for replacement. David Stogner responded to my inquiries for help with short rude responses. No help at all to find replacement motors for my spa. I sent pictures of the spa and the control panels to see if they could identify the model and was told that "That is not our spa", later I was able to find the paperwork from my purchase and was able to send a serial number proving it was their spa but was met with short rude answers, for ex: "We are not going to order you two pump motors for your spa, I'm sure you can find what you need from your vendors". What kind of customer service is that?
Closed during business hours said to call to open the door and nobody answered the phone so we left
They were very patient with me all my concerns and questions. Ultimately why we made the purchase here as opposed to one of their competitors
My husband and i purchased a spa recently from Four Winds and are so pleased! Morgan and the entire team have been so helpful and kind. We couldn't get our chemicals just right and Morgan called us and walked us through, step by step and even checked on us days later. We appreciate great customer service. Thank you, Four Winds!
