Check your receipt. My bank account reflected $1.00 more than the receipt. I checked my account while waiting on the food and our bank account showed $47 and some change. I asked for another copy of the receipt while picking up the food and it reflected the $46 and some change that they originally told me. Point is yes it’s just a dollar but if they are adding an extra dollar to all their customers without the customers knowledge then that’s a lot of money they are stealing. I don’t know who to report this to other than making a review.
It's ok.. I ordered Italian beef wet but it wasn't wet enough actually dry.. The rib tip dinner was tender and good but the fries were super salty. Patty melt is awesome and was freshly cooked..
I was born in Chicago and moved away many years ago but I remember the food being excellent. Tried this place for for first time, pick up order was ready quick. Staff was polite and friendly. The Italian beef with sausage is a weird Mashup but it was perfect for me wanting to try the beef and sausage. Beef drippings were perfect and flavorful. My only regret is I didn't get more peppers. Everything was delicious. I will be back to try more of the menu!
