0/5: They left the O rings off of my oil filter cap causing numerous issues with my car. They also left a tool in my engine bay net valuable belts and moving parts. Thankfully I did not cause any further damage. I called to complain and they said there was nothing they could do and refused to fix the problem Or offer any solution. Have been telling friends in the area to avoid this business. The manager told me to expect a call back from them regarding this issue. It has now been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. Very disappointing experience
First time was great. But this second time I pay for full service and you come tell me we have no more cooling. Then go to say I can come back. Y’all are an oil changing place you should never run out of anything. Stay on top of your inventory. Over all it is fast service. You are in and out. And they are great people.
I'm not giving a 5 star because my washer fluid was not topped off. I asked 0w-20 Full Synthetic Mobile1 and Malachi told me they do not have full synthetic in 0w-20 Mobile1. Either he doesn't know his store products or he just didn't want to give me what I wanted. About 30 minutes ago I decided to drive by the store and I saw on there the exact oil I have used in my vehicle for the last 47,000 miles. PRETTY DISAPPOINTED
This is really the best experience I have ever had while getting maintenance done on a vehicle. The employees were very respectful and made an oil change enjoyable. Good conversation and great service. Highly recommend.
Super-friendly staff. I had to come back the next day, because they were out of stock on my oil, but it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t realize you could bring your own: which was very convenient. I’ve always had a very pleasurable experience there and it’s a great value for what you pay. I am a repeat customer.
