Very fast service. All the employees are always nice. Detail oriented. They’ve always been trustworthy with our vehicles. And the price is fair, especially compared to anywhere else. They’re also very communicative with their reports, so you don’t feel like you’re being hustled to spend more. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
I am from Clarksville, TN. I was in a pinch and needed my oil changed asap. I pulled and Jeffery was the Service Technician at the time of service. He was quick and fast. Showed me what was wrong with my Air filter as well. I would highly recommend these gentle and the Strickland Brother ls for all Smyrna Folks and surrounding areas.
I’m not sure what makes Strickland Brothers better. It just seems nicer and more careful. I have used Valvolene previously, but a new hire mistake ended up costing me a new engine in my work truck. Attention to detail matters.
I usually don’t have great experiences getting my oil changed at other locations I’ve been to, due to feeling judged and them not having a friendly demeanor, but when I came to Strickland Brothers Jeff & Jeff were so very kind to me and made me feel welcomed! And the prices are great! So I will definitely be back here!
Smyrna, S. Lowery location - I absolutely love coming here for my oil changes! I always receive excellent over the top customer service, customer care, customer satisfaction, they are fast and efficient and so much more. All the workers are great and excellent at their profession, I spoke with Rachel while i was there and she was the best person all around!!! She was extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and just an absolutely wonderful person!!!! And it's because of people like her and the entire staff that I always come to this location and I am always telling people to come to this location!!
