AVOID THIS PLACE -YOU CAN DO BETTER AT THE GROCERY STORE YOURSELF I ordered an XL arrangement that clearly shows an abundance of roses (i see 8 so 12 is a reasonable total assumption) and we received a medium-ish arrangement that is in no way similar. Only a few roses and wilted blooms. (See photos) When I tried to work out the issue with customer service, rather than trying to deliver what I wanted/paid for, a rude woman sent someone to pick up the flowers!
Always the brightest, most beautiful arrangements. Their flowers seem to last longer too
I purchased the following sympathy flowers. I paid for the large bouquet. The arrangement that I received was similar, but was full of greenery and not as many flowers by far. I expressed this concern. The florist told me she could not just give me more flowers. And suggested that I fluff them. I explained that I expected more flowers which is why a paid for the large arrangement. I also explained that I would be willing to pay for more flowers. However, I ultimately left the florist. Unsatisfied, that the arrangement I received and paid for was not up to standard. I understand the concept of similar, but that does not mean decrease number of flowers and adding more greenery.
