Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. I've only been with them for 6 months and I have a few complaints. The hygienists and dentists have a great bedside manor, but the reception leaves A LOT TO BE DESIRED. 1st, if you call them for anything other than an appointment, you'll be waiting about 10 minutes for your call to be answered. Next, I had to reschedule an appointment because the employee was going on maternity leave (all good), but when I went to check to make sure it was actually scheduled, it wasn't in their system anymore (and this was a week out so we had to reschedule it AGAIN). Next, when we went in for our treatment, they said because my daughter went to school, they couldn't perform her treatment because even though she said she didn't eat or drink anything, THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE HER AND WOULD RESCHEDULE HER APPOINTMENT. At this point, I've rescheduled the same appointment 3 times! Lastly, the bathroom and waiting area are covered in nasty handprints that look like they've never been cleaned or maintained since the office opened. Do better.
I'm being honest here when I say be prepared to sit and wait for long periods of time. If your appointment is at 10am, expect to go back 30 mins later or longer. Also, if you are looking to get braces on your child, I recommend going somewhere else. They really drag out the process here and for a child that just wants to finally see their smile, it's extremely disappointing when questions aren't answered honestly.
Make sure if you have an appointment to confirm the appointment if not you won’t be seen!! My kids has been coming here for so long! And have always confirmed the appointments but the moment I don’t for this time my kids can’t be seen. We have to wait another 2 months. You already have to wait months to even be seen! Plus long wait times ! Time to look for another dentist who don’t turn away patients who show up for their appointment but can’t be seen because of a confirmation. Ridiculous. Also the young receptionist was very rude.
They tell you to come in earlier than your scheduled appointment by 15 mins, but then make you wait the longest to be seen. We weren’t seen until after 30 minutes of our appointment time, almost 1 hour after we arrived. One specific front desk lady had an attitude when I asked when we’d be seen, even though it was past the appointment time. They also never pick up their phone calls or answer emails. Never recommending them to anyone.
Very good and friendly people.My son was scared to get his braces but they talked with him and showed him a video on how braces work.It was my 3 year olds first visit and she wasn't scared at all went in there like she had done it before because they was so good with her.I would recommend them to anyone.
