2 of my kids have been here since babies and now one is in high school so I know we will be moving him up to another location soon for one of them but we just recently found out there was a move again along with apparently some other new things that we weren’t made aware of ,did not get a notice there are new people at this recent new location and one of the young ladies at the front is rude and disrespectful her customer service needs to be worked on. We have never experienced that here and obviously because of the staff and amazing nurses we have stayed all this time but this made me think to move after all this time which saddens me because customer service is everything to me getting and giving. I am praying when they have to go again that it is handled better and that if people do not enjoy where they are they will go do something they enjoy in life verses being somewhere and not being friendly or caring. We have been patients of Smyrna Pediatrics for over 5 years. Their primary pediatrician, Dr. Ricafort listened to me when I was concerned about our oldest and his development. She took all the appropriate steps and set up every doctor and therapy appointment to finally get our son’s autism diagnosis. Every one in the office is amazing! Olivia Strange, NP has seen all 3 of our children multiple times and is a delight. She is very trusting and intelligent and everyone remembers us by name, which is very important to me. We have been seen by every physician, practitioner, and physician assistant who practices here. Every one of them have been very helpful and cares for our children with respect and patience. We love them and highly recommend anyone to every parent.
We have been with Dr. Ricafort for several years. She is very attentive with our children and listens to our concerns and questions. My opinions on how my children were treated have always been respected. She is an amazing doctor and I am so glad we found her!
Dr. Ricafort and her staff have always been excellent at getting my kids in and taken care of. We love her!!! We started seeing dr. Ricafort when my daughter was born and have been coming ever since (over 7 years later). She and her staff are always sweet and patient with both of my kids. We couldn't ask for a better pediatrician.
Move from NE to Tennessee I thought it was going to be hard for me to find a good Dr for my kids but one of my friends recommended me to visit Smyrna Pediatrics, she was right now Dr. Rachel Ricafort is my kids Dr and they love her! She is an amazing person very kind and has a lot of patience with the kids always listening to my concerns specially with my son who has Autism, I cannot forget to say that the nurses and front desk ladies are awesome!
