I have appointment at 3:15 , I came around 3.00 and called the staff I am waiting near parking. They said wait we will call, but over 4.15 pm they didn’t call me to inside hospital , they don’t know the value of time management and kids health.. my son has 103 temperature..This is frustrating when kids are suffering .. This is worse ..
My children have been going to them for years. No long wait time I love the staff very nice and friendly I highly recommend them
We initially had some issues with billing from a previous employee, and it took quite some time to clear up. However, Angela was very helpful and timely in dealing with this matter. I really appreciate her help in resolving this.
We have used Grace Pediatrics for six years, since our oldest was born. We now have three kids. Initially the office staff needed some work, but that has been addressed. They have the most pleasant office staff now. Cassie Holt is always eager to help! We love our doctor, Lisa Wood. She is competent, patient, understanding and most importantly, honest. The office is always clean! We are very happy here.
So today was my daughter’s first doctors appointment. Today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with! Not only does Google maps have the wrong address but the office receptionist is very uneasy. I moved here only a few months ago from Wisconsin so I don’t know the area of Smyrna at all. When I called to ask if this doctors office is in a home I was told no, I’ll direct you what street are you on… I told her I don’t know the street well so we won’t get anywhere with those directions. I asked what landmarks are near by i could just type that into gps to find the building. She wouldn’t tell me any landmarks she stated “I’m by myself” she wouldn’t answer my questions. This right here made me want to puke just from her vibes and giving me such a bad feeling. This was the most uneasy sketchy interaction I have ever encountered. Why was it such an issue to provide me with a numbered and named street address. She asked me what kind of car I’m driving so she can find me! I’m clearly nowhere near you so why would that have mattered?
