I really wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! The staff was phenomenal and super fast!! My son and I went in and got right out the staff was kinda, caring, helpful, and friendly!! We are most definitely going back and making doctor Heather our PCP!! Thanks everyone
At check in, I told them my infant was behind on shots and asked if there was another area I could be seated in, that wasn't around everyone else's sick kids. I was told no, even though some people were given the option to wait in their vehicles. Waited almost 2 hours, and a lady came in with her child that was taken straight back, cutting everyone else in line. That child should have went to the hospital, because he had every symptom of RSV. Hope he's OK, but even so, it's first come, first serve. My child wasn't even able to be seen by a doctor because I didn't have 3 more hours to wait, after being here before the clinic even opened! Absolutely ridiculous.
So happy with our visit here. Everyone was kind and the facility is excellent. Young doctor was respectful, shared his observations and cared that we were comfortable with the treatment plan. The after hours was a huge saver to us needy travelers who needed help. Thank you so much.
The doctor had zero bedside manor. She was literally rolling her eyes like a teenager with an attitude. The situation may have been difficult, but she offered no support to help. The nurse was very patient and helpful. That doctor has no business working with children if she can't have a shred of compassion for a very frightened child. That is why we went to a children's clinic. I will never ever visit this location again. If I ever see that doctor again I will go running from the room.
