Cannot express how terrible this place is. They are racist and incompetent and lack the integrity to explain themselves. They told my wife and daughter they had to leave halfway through a visit when they had already taken her vitals and had her in a gown! They told my wife (African American) that she is not the parent or guardian of our daughter (Caucasian) and so they had to leave. Before they were even called to the back they asked my daughter, who is a freshman in high school, if that was actually her step-mom! That was after she has taken her to several previous visits here and I have provided copies of custody papers and put my wife down as having permission to all records and visits. They denied having all these records but I have done it at every visit! They have amnesia and require these documents every time. They texted me a link while at work to allow my wife permission and I followed the link and was then still denied even after I did that! Incompetence and bias. I recommend never enduring a visit to this place. Oh and they also refused to give them a doctors note for her school! I/we have never experienced anything similar to this ever before! Following rules is one thing but this was mean, stupid and quite frankly the most unexpected and unexplainable thing I’ve ever been apart of. It came from the doctor, not even the management, which is appalling from top down. EDIT: Response to the your comment I was able to use your text system to give consent! You claim to never have gotten that... No one at your office bothered to call me. I had to drive up there. You acknowledged that I did have a signed consent on file previously! You never explained anything to my wife, only after the fact to me. This should not be handled like that. I wish I had screenshot of the message I received from the registration link with the time stamp. The fact you gave me the school note and not my wife also speaks volumes.
I used to love bringing my babies here to the Smyrna location, I was recommended this place so I decided to take it as our primary. But unfortunately is not the same anymore I keep wanting to give it a chance but everytime the front desk disappoints. Please do something about it, I wish it was like before when people were cordial and actually care to help their patients.
1pm on Wednesday yet their phone will say their office is close. One reason Im not going to this place again. Customer service is terrible. No one is answering their phone anymore. And their waiting time is so long in the lobby very stressful. I keep getting new bill in which I know I haven’t visited their place for a year now. And I know I already paid them. The only way to settle this is I have to go to their office , because no one will answer you on the phone.
This has been my daughters’ clinic since we moved to Nolensville three years ago, and we have been loving Dr.Bottoms! But I don’t know what happened to this place, their front desk has been so rude, I think they get a lot of complaints (at least I hear a lot from my friends), last few months they try to be nice, but you can tell it’s so fake. Like they’ll say thank you then cut you off and slam the phone etc… I don’t know how long I’ll keep going here
