So I decided to try and randomly find a pcp and this was the first office I called. The secretary was in no way helpful. I explained I work 3rd shift and she had no interest in helping me work around that. Then she wouldn't book the appointment due to me not having my card accessible right now. Yeah I will pass on this provider
I have been a patient for about 35 years. Excellent Doctor and a wonderful, caring staff.
Nobody likes going to the doctor, I mean, not REALLY. This office was absolutely amazing. And by the office, of course I mean the staff. From the front - Robin was very personable, to the nurse - Ashley was absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease while making me laugh (which I hadn’t done all day), to the very knowledgeable doctor herself. I felt “heard.” I would definitely recommend them!
