I write this review with a heavy heart. I'm an African American woman and I searched FOR MONTHS to find an African American female PCP. Today when I was informed about the new model of services you will provide as of December 1, 2023 and based on my understanding how it would no longer meet my needs, it was very disappointing and disheartening. I fully trust you with my health. We have developed a relationship that ensures me my life is literally safe in your hands. I'm VERY SAD that I'm being forced to look for that elsewhere as to a woman of color, this dynamic is very rare.
