I regret going to this place, because they wrongfully told us that they accept our insurance, but they made us pay for our visit and our lab. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM. I believe that I was wronged, because this is not fair. I could have gotten a free physical with our insurance provider, but they told us that they would cover our insurance so we went to them(LIES!!!). Had we known that they were lying to us, then we wouldn’t have gone to them. We liked this place, but now I do not trust them ever again. My mom was wronged by going to this place as well and she says that the lady in their billing deposit was very rude to her :(( .
Doctor talks bad about patients to other patients behind their back they fat shame being pushy about certain medical equipment does not recognize patients
As mentioned in other reviews, if I could give a lower rating than one star, it would be deserving. I have never felt more dismissed and uncared for as someone seeking guidance from a medical professional in my life than having spent time in this facility. I don’t usually leave negative reviews as I hope to give people the benefit of doubt especially with how many are struggling post COVID, but not only would I never recommend anyone coming here, I would like to make an intentional effort to protect and advise anyone trying to seek primary care to find it elsewhere.
