Do not bother going to this clinic for your kids. They reschedule your appointments without notifying you and don't care. I had my son's checkup setup a year in advance and they won't change him from doctors even though I was told by school that he needed his physical by 9/3. Because my son has coverkids, it wont cover his physical before a year and his last one . He was just seen for flu and strep and needed a followup and they didn't want to put him with another doctor. They are not considerate.
Wow, I attend the Murfreesboro location which is by far a better location. I live in Smyrna and this location does not have their act together at all. The front desk was empty when we arrived for quite some time, but you could hear the employees in the back joking about their horoscopes. I’m all about having fun at work, but please watch for people coming in and checking out. Then they act like the clients are a huge inconvenience for being there… you do realize without us… you don’t have a job right??? Stick to the other locations, not this one.
I don't know the lady that work at the front desk but I hope she know, you never hang up on a patient when they are speaking to you about a problem. I made my doctors appointment for the place in Murfreesboro not Smyrna due to the lady at the front desk rudeness! I will be going over my osha and hipaa rights. Not once did she ask me to reschedule my appointment when I told her I was coming she told me no. YOU NEVER DO THIS TO A PATIENT! Then she basically told me that I couldn't be seen by no other doctor all because my insurance has Angela name on it. Little do she know I can go wherever my insurance is accepted.
One of the ladies up front is the most rude lady I have ever met in my whole adult life. She’s always short and snappy with no want to to help. And you’ll wait forever for any kind of test results. Angela is sweet and cool. Everyone else sucks. Avoid this place. - I’d give 0 stars if I could. Oh. And to add - the lady in the front is also completely useless. She literally can’t do anything but ask if you have covid symptoms. So. Don’t ask her anything either.
My adult son had an appointment near the beginning of his going to this clinic called "Case Management". He met with a counselor at their Murfreesboro office. A year or so later, he was told he had a 2nd "Case Management" appointment, but at the Smyrna clinic. He normally goes to the Smyrna clinic. I went with him due to his loss of short term memory due to brain damage. When we got there, we covered a couple of paperwork needs. We were told to have a seat. We did, then waited an hour with no service. I asked when he was going to get seen because we've been waiting an hour. The receptionist said your appointment is over, all we needed was those two paperwork items taken care of. I said, but he saw a person the last time it was called a "Case Management" appointment. And, I asked, you mean we sat here for an hour for no reason!? Why call it a "Case Management" appointment? Why not say, we only need these two papers signed, that's it? It is difficult for me to get out due to being wheelchair bound. The receptionist said she didn't know why we were staying. She said she thought maybe we were waiting for a ride. Lack of professionalism and communication!
