We contacted 1-Tom-plumber for a clogged drain issue on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. They sent Bryan out within just a few hours. Bryan did an excellent job and was so nice and careful to cleanup everything, he got us back in business in a very short time. Excellent experience with Bryan and 1-Tom-plumber! Our tech Bryan S did a great job. He completed the work efficiently effectively and courteously but also took a lot of time to explain our options and the pros and cons of all. Bryan was amazing!! He worked SO hard no matter how long it took. He wore shoe covers in to protect my carpet and floors. He was so very polite. He described each thing he was doing, what the problem was, and what the solution was when he was done. I would recommend him for a homes home.
