Not only is this the best place to get coffee, they have all kinds of other yummy drinks as well. The staff are always so friendly. I feel like I make a new best friend every time I’m at there. ???? They have a great rewards program so make sure you download the app. and you will be earning free coffee in no time. The customer service is ALWAYS top-notch, starting with the top management working its way down to every single employee. ALWAYS an absolutely delightful experience. I consider them the Publix of the coffee world!❤️❤️❤️☕️☕️☕️????????????
This is a coffee shop and my husband and I love it❤️❤️ we stop by on a daily basis, especially for me to function through my shift at work. Great service and coffee!!!
I'll preface this by saying I absolutely love Dutch Bros. The employees are all super sweet. However, this particular location is not my favorite. The past several chai lattes I've gotten here just straight up taste like milk. Additionally, I've been only 3 or 4 cars back several times and it has taken 30+ minutes to get my stuff. This has been varying visits between 1 and 5, so mornings may be quicker, I'm not sure. The employees are still super sweet!
I finally had my first taste of Dutch Bros Coffee and. O. M. G. I ordered the medium Annihilator and I'm almost certain it was gone before I left the drive thru. The service was fantastic! The sweetest, most cheerful barista came to the car window and got our prders and had 2/3 ready by the time we reached the window. The price is so much better than any other place I've been and the coffee was honestly way better. I don't know if we have one in Kentucky but I'm fixing to find out cuz it could be quite costly if I have to go to TN everyday, lol!!! Y'all rock!!! I'll definitely be back!!!
