CLIFFNOTES: During the crazy times of 2023, Mike Otto was able to sell my old house, which was in the middle of nowhere, for 8% over asking price, which itself was above comparable sales. My house was only on the market for 4 days, AND he was able to put me in a great home in a very desirable neighborhood in Murfreesboro for 6% UNDER asking price. DETAILS: As other people have probably mentioned, Mike is a very amicable guy with ethical convictions, but in the end, money talks, and the numbers don't lie. If you're considering him as your realtor, go ahead and take the leap. Both deals got a little tricky at times, but Mike took hold of the wheel and helped my wife and I navigate some truly challenging situations. A lesser realtor would have put us in a bad spot. As a plus, Mike's wife, Jennifer, will be able to get you a great rate on a mortgage. Be sure to get a quote from her while you're shopping around. Give them a shot! I'm glad we did.
