Totally pleased... Kasey arrived within a couple of hours of contacting JLS. He is polite, professional, and completed the work thoroughly. Kasey provided a detailed explanation of the repair, physically pointing out the parts issues and remedies. Price was much less than I was expecting. I will be using JLS again!
Called Chris with an issue and he responded in a very prompt manner. He let me know a technician would be out the following day. Kasey contacted me with an arrival time and showed up at that time. He assessed the problem and worked through the possibly issues until the problem was found and promptly corrected. He was very professional and as importantly, very friendly and informative. The service that they provided was amazing. They are very professional at their job. They cleaned up and left our house like the found it. The payment process was great. We are new to Tennessee and paying online with a credit was so easy. The only company that has done that here.
The JLS guy that came to fix my AC unit was very professional and knowledgeable! He clearly explained to me what was going on with my AC unit, and he fixed it pretty quickly. Courteous manner and quick repair = great in my opinion. I heard about JLS from someone who also had a good experience. We will definitely use you guys again in the future!
