We entered into a contract with Legacy to have monthly mole Pest Control service. They either showed up late or did not show, and did not call. We paid for a service in July which we have not yet received. It is now nearly the end of August. We reached out repeatedly and we're told someone would get back with us. Very poor customer service and very poor follow through. I would not recommend
I have used this company a few times now and every time it is a pleasure. Chris Turner was my inspector this time and he was amazing and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Review for Legacy Pest Management: My experience with this company, Justin & Joey, and the technicians (Jordan & Rafael) have been outstanding so far. There is an unfortunate lack of care with a lot of service oriented companies nowadays but Legacy blows the competition out of the water. They take the time to make their customers feel valued and educated to make the best decisions for their home and for their budget. I’m so grateful to have found them and looking forward to the next stages of the projects we are undertaking. Review for Legacy Crawlspaces: Legacy Crawlspace is an absolute life saver. After being told “sorry we can’t help you” by everyone else because my crawlspace was so small, Legacy came through to help me with my issues in my 1930’s built home. Justin came out to assess everything, answer ALL of my very many questions, and understand what I needed. He helped me craft a plan that was thorough, met my budget needs and addressed the issues I was having. To say they stand out from every other company is an understatement. They kicked everything off by digging out my crawlspace to make it accessible, not just for the work to happen now but to give me what I needed going forward. When I say no other company will do this for you, I mean NO other company out there will. My technician Jordan did an amazing job and handled the project from start to finish including excavation, poly installation and adding supports to my floor joists. He was so friendly, respectful and pleasant to work with and did his absolute best to answer any questions I had along the way, send pictures to show me progress or problem areas and really made me me feel like a partner in finding solutions. Everything was just completed this week but I am already noticing a huge change in the moisture level of the crawlspace, the sturdiness of the wood as it begins to dry out, and the air quality in the house itself. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Legacy Crawlspace. They have been an absolute life saver for me and my home and I’m so happy I found them. They are hands down THE BEST out there.
We trusted our new home to Legacy because of the reviews and word of mouth in the Murfreesboro area. The service was exceptional! Jordan, serviced our home very professionally. This is a new build so there are not hanging webs in garage or eaves; however, he completed a very thorough servicing hitting all those areas. Contacted the office and spoke with Joey for payment and was met with great professionalism there too. Great company and will recommend in the future.
