We’ve used they folks for our termite letters and all of our personal home treatments for years and can’t say enough great things about them. From a professional standpoint they make working with them very easy and never disappoint. They’re very dependable. From a personal standpoint they’re great people and I love running into them at our inspections.
Best pest control company ever! I started using APC when they were still a very new company. I stuck with them up until this past summer when we moved to Ohio. If I could have taken one company from Tennessee with me it would have been them! They treat you like family, there's really no better way to say it.
When I talk with the owner everything looks good, but after second paymente they're don't care so becafore everyone they're want just the money. I'm not recommended
This is a great local company that we highly recommend. They are very responsive, friendly, thorough, honest, reasonably priced, and organized. Travis had come out several months ago when we had just moved in and gave us a quote for service. We weren't able to initiate services at that time, but reached back out a few months later to begin and I'm sure glad we did. Their office staff is responsive and demonstrates great customer service. Travis, the owner, went above and beyond in his service to our home and is so friendly and honest. We used this company for a termite inspection and treatment on a shed and for our monthly maintenance services. I love supporting local small businesses and Absolute Pest Control is the best in the area for extermination services.
I can not recommend this place strongly enough. The staff (Krystal & Sarah) took helping to another level. All we wanted was a quick termite inspection. Our home was fine. We called them back to do another inspection on our out buildings. They came the same day. They found a small issue and quickly came back out (again, the same day) and treated the issue and finished the inspection. James (the inspector) came out, did the inspection, and because of our sensitive time issue, returned within an hour or so, and completed treatment. Think about this. THE SAME DAY!!! If you can find a better company at a better price, GO FOR IT. But, if you are looking for really great people doing a really great job, I highly recommend this company. Thank you for reading it.
