They were amazing. Of all the used car places I've been to. I would absolutely be back to this one. They got me in and out the door quicker than most. I went to several places that day and this was the best. They helped make sure we got a great deal to fit in out budget. They fixed a few concerns within the first few days after purchase. They made quick work of fixes. They kept in contact with us. Overall I give them they highest rating for all things. Customer service, quality, and price!

Buyer's Be Aware... I think he's new to this type of business, Rafi is the everything that's wrong with used car salesman. He said, the car had been cleaned, and serviced, (meaning oil, tires rotated ect..) and that they'd fix anything within (60 days), he lied. First, two days after leaving the lot, the break light came. When i took it back to them, he first went under the hood did something and said, "it's fixed." The break light came back on before i made it home. After taking it to a family member who's a mechanic, i found out the car had the wrong size tires on out it which cause the alarm. And i needed an oil change, power steering fluid, and the engine cleaned. After i showed him this, all he agreed to do was put some tires on the vehicle, which turned out to be real cheap. I had to get my wife off the side of the twice within 10 days of them being on the car, so i bought new ones from Walmart $87.00 each, oil change $61.00, and engine cleaned $27.00. A couple of weeks later, the key would not unlock the door at the gas station, i called Rafi he said he had no extra keys and could not do anything about it. i had ti have towed to Crest honda, it cost over $500.00 to get a new ignition put in. My loves the car so come hell or water she not hearing anything about about anything so I'm livid about the whole experience. Oh that's not all, he even gave me the car title and tried to get me to go pay for my tags. Lastly, he told me come in to sign a new contract due computer issues but it's all the same. I got home and found that the numbers were different, the sales % rate was higher by 5%. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORSE...
Don't waste your money! I have never written a bad online review before for a business and unfortunately feel I need to now on this place. My husband bought a car from them less then 3 months ago. He didn't drive it at first, so actual days driven is less then 50 before it broke down on the highway. He had to get it towed to a dealership and we found out today it needs $2000 of work to be fixed. This is insane to me. We paid a good amount for this car for it to work for less then 2 months and then have to pay another $2000 to get it on the road again. I called today to inform them of this situation and I was treated very rudely. The man I spoke with said he was the manager and his reaction was very defensive and after telling him what happened he started saying "well it's definitely been 4 or more months since he bought that car I remember". Just right away with what he thinks is a justification and an out for taking no responsibility for selling a messed up car to us. I clarified that it hasn't even been that long, I looked it up before I called him, it has been 46 days to be exact from purchase date to break down date and that was not counting the days it wasn't even driven! I know he will probably respond to this post with a sorry and whatever he plans to write to try to save face on the matter but he was disrespectful in the way he spoke to me and very unprofessional. Not one second of really caring what happened just defense mode and pointing the finger back my way. Lesson learned and I hope others steer clear of this place!
