Similar situation as some of the people below. They don’t respond well and customer service is -10. I wanted a truck, I asked what did I need to bring for approval and they never responded. A couple of days later it’s sold. I’ll take my business elsewhere as I’m sure many of you have as well.
My husband and I had went to look for a vehicle for our daughter in law. We really liked one and wanted to put some money down to hold it till the following day. They said they didn't do that. The next morning we went to get it and they had sold it. That's poor customer service and I will never send anyone there. It's truly a shame
Rob helped me get a car after another car lot stole my deposit and was trying to rip me off. This place is honest and overall I had a great experience with the manager Rob and the car i financed. Simple, easy, and to the point with no hidden agenda. Its always great to find honest people whom you can trust, while buying a used car, this place is one of them.
Google would not allow me to do a second review. As you can see from my first review below, we were very satisfied with our purchase back in October. Unfortunately that car got wrecked and totaled last week. We came back to see Rob for the second time and he delivered again. Found a great gas mileage, good looking, affordable car with low miles for age (07 Rio) as our in town driver (2nd vehicle). Paying cash we got out the door at an incredible value especially considering the used car market today. Again, we took the car to Finish Line Automotive down the street for a full inspection and everything came back solid. Just typical future recommendations for maintenance given age and mileage. Thanks Rob. Highly recommend after buying 2 cars in 3 months. Came to the lot looking for a secondary vehicle to putt around town in. Had a pretty tight cash budget which is difficult with the market the way it is for used cars today. Rob showed us A Nissan versa that fit the budget and needed a little work. He was very upfront and honest about the known issues with the vehicle. I took it to a mechanic to have inspected prior to purchasing and it all checked out, just as he had stated, along with some other minor wear in tear repairs that are to be expected with a used car. We got a very fair price out the door and would do business there again.
Rob is really nice and helpful he helped me leave with a car about a year ago same day within my budget due to someone pulling out in front of me and totaling my car, helped me keep my job because I couldn’t have got to work without a car, just payed my car off and put a down payment on a new one, he’s very nice honest and helpful with finding what you want and working with what you got! For all your needs go down to trading post and talk to Rob. Great customer service and just a great experience over all
