I found my dream car while searching on CarGurus. It was located in Smyrna, Tn at Angel Motors. I live in Olive Branch, Ms and work a hectic schedule so going to get my dream car was out of the question. Luckily, I completed an online application using my pre approval financing offer and Dylan from Angel Motors reached out to me as soon as they opened Monday. I was able to send him all of the documents needed to complete the process via email. He emailed me the contract to sign, I signed it, and sent it back via UPS. Within 24 hours of receiving my signed contract my car was on its way to me. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it came with a 90 day or 3,000 mile warranty. My car is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier. A week after receiving it the dealership reached out to me just to make sure everything was okay and that I was satisfied with my purchase. In less than 2 weeks I had all the necessary paperwork needed to pick up my tag in Olive Branch, Ms. The whole process went smoothly and I would not hesitate to do business with Angel Motors again. After an accident mid April this year, I was in need of a car right away. The car I had was meant to last me for YEARS (it had only 81k miles), so finding myself needing to replace it was hard. Not only were my finances not in the best place at this time, but finding a used car with less than or equal to 100k miles was near impossible. Luckily the insurance did give me enough money to at least afford a down payment on a car. I went to a few other places first, as I was dead set on getting a truck, but all those places were super shady and the vehicles all had issues that required immediate attention that I just simply couldn't afford. My brother purchased from Angel Motors last year and he had a great experience so I decided to check them out after looking at their inventory on their website. I saw a lot of shiny fancy looking cars, most newer than a 2004, so all of them were pretty fancy for me. I found a 2013 Ford Focus there, less than 100k miles, and a clean title and carfax report. I test drove that car and bought it the same day. I needed a car quickly and they helped me with the process. This was going to be my first car loan and they helped me understand everything perfectly. I've had this car for almost a whole month now and it has worked great! My only issue with it is that I've never driven anything newer than a 2004 and not only is it really quiet, but also has a lot of buttons! All in All, I am very happy with my car so far!

I want to acknowledge the exceptional level of customer service provided by Angel Motors. The owner, John, explained by phone the process he goes through to acquire his inventory, and the high standards that he spoke of were readily apparent when I arrived and saw the vehicles in person. Prior to visiting the business I was given a virtual tour of several cars on FaceTime, by Steve, who patiently answered my questions to give as clear a picture as possible. When I arrived, after assistance by an extremely personable and competent young man, Donny, I met Steve personally and he worked with me to test vehicles, even calling in the mechanic to allow me to try a special air filter in the vehicle. Additional helpful follow-up by Donny was provided at the end of the process. From the owner, John, to the receptionist-- to the capable assistance from Steve and Donny--I was greatly impressed. Every step of the way their care and concern for my experience, the level of commitment to makes things as easy as possible for the customer, the flexibility and cooperative interactions between staff and on my behalf, plus their kindness, helpfulness and generous attitude made this experience unique to me, a 70-year-old woman! Owner John has truly assembled and trained a quality team to assist customers to purchase quality used vehicles--to the highest degree possible. Highly recommend.
