Car was stolen and had to get a ride from East Nashville to Smyrna Tn. Arrived at 4:20pm and they were closed. After sitting in traffic to get there! They close at 5pm. Called the number and the owner answered and said he just left 10 minutes ago to go to lunch and he will be back in 45 minutes. He said you should’ve called first. I didn’t know I needed to call to tell them I was on my way. This is a business. I thought the business hours were accurate. Sat there for over and hour and someone finally came to let me get my car.
This tow company was called to assist in a wreck in one of my family members. There’s only one man working at the company and he was SO rude to our insurance provider. Even hung up in her face. 100% do NOT recommend this service unless you have to.
