Twila photographed my wedding and I could not have been more thrilled with the outcome! She was incredibly accommodating and flexible with creating a personalized package and pricing that worked within our budget. On our wedding day, Twila and her assistant made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and were so patient and positive as they corralled our wild families into photos. I just can't say enough about what an awesome photographer and person Twila is! We used Twila for our middle daughter's bridals and wedding and were so pleased we hired her again for our youngest daughter's bridals and wedding. Twila is truly a precious person and goes above and beyond to capture the special moments. Just tell her what you want and she will do her best to make it happen. If you are looking for a photographer that will work with you, do what she says she will do, and deliver beautiful photos, then you can not go wrong with Twila! Five stars just aren't enough to describe how fantastic Twila is!! Her work is obviously amazing (just take a look at her website!), but Twila is also a kind, thoughtful, and easy person to work with. Twila photographed our wedding in October, and we are absolutely thrilled with the pictures she took. Even though we had to deal with rain during what we had hoped to be an outdoor ceremony, Twila was able to capture some truly stunning pictures--some outdoors when the rain stopped, and others outdoors with umbrellas during the rain. Twila was professional, organized, and kept everything moving along on schedule, while also being flexible at the same time. If you're looking for an amazing wedding photographer, you should absolutely consider her! You won't be disappointed.
My husband and I recently got married in May 2015, and worked with Twila Allen as our photographer for our engagement and wedding. Twila's photos are absolutely gorgeous, and she is a true pleasure to work with! For our engagement photos, Twila was great with suggesting locations and traveling to multiple spots to get the perfect shots. She takes a lot of pictures, so you have a ton of great options to choose from. Twila has a way of making you feel completely at ease taking photos and being romantic with your significant other in front of the camera. She is also great at dealing with the crazy moments in weddings (like family pictures) and has a calming presence. Twila was able to get wonderful shots of all of our family members together during the wedding day even when they were all trying to run in different directions! We were so incredibly happy with how our engagement and wedding pictures turned out and could not have been more pleased! Like most people, I worry about how we are going to look in pictures, especially ones that capture some of the most important events in your life. When we first saw the engagement and wedding pictures, we were completely blown away by how beautiful they were - they absolutely exceeded our expectations. Twila is incredibly talented, and there is no need to worry! She has such an artistic eye and a special way of capturing and bringing out the beauty in moments.
