I normally try and fix my car on my own, but sometimes I can't figure it out or it's too much for me. They have always been honest, have great pricing, and treated me with respect. Most recently my car wouldn't start. I replaced the starter and still nothing. I talked to Eric about diagnostics and had my car towed over. It was the shifter cable that was loose. They only charged me for diagnostics and repositioned the cable for me, fixing my issue. I've been to shops who charge for diagnostics and then would have changed for the fix as well. Thank you for being awesome!! Also Eric is good looking. That smile ????
I was extremely pleased with the service I received a couple of months ago. I joked with them when I came to pick my Tundra up that they should change their name to the “Mr. Goodnews”. That is because they saved me $3800 by correctly diagnosing my oil temperature gage problem as a problem with the sensor not the oil pump. Although the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me $3800 to tear down the engine to diagnose the problem, Danny called me and told me it looked to be an issue with the sensor without a tear down. He called me again to say my O2 sensor wasn’t bad, it was just not installed correctly, saving me another $150. I highly recommend Crusaders due to their honesty and quick turnaround time on repairs. I just scheduled an appointment for my daughter to look at an issue with her electronic system. I had two other repair shops that I have used and did a good job, but I recommended Crusaders because of their honesty and their ability to schedule next day.
These folks are, BY FAR, the most honest, transparent and qualified I've ever experienced. I own a Cadillac and have had many problems with it. You couldn't pay me enough money to take my car to a Cadillac dealership for repairs/maintenance ever again. I will only take it to Crusader. They replaced and repaired the less than mediocre work that the Murfreesboro Cadillac did on my car, no charge, no questions asked. I've had my car in there 4 separate times for separate issues now because of their integrity. Their customer service is top tier, and the work product is the best I've ever experienced after owning 7 cars. I can't express enough how grateful I am for the caliber of service they provide. If you are taking your car anywhere else, you're making a mistake. Their rates are incredibly reasonable, and they get the job done in a timely fashion. From Danny and the other service managers, to the friendly and welcoming staff, I am always HIGHLY IMPRESSED. ::clapping::
I got my tires changed with Discount Tire but still needed an alignment. So they referred me to Crusader Autoworks with a discounted price. I called and was able to schedule for the next day. The lobby was nice, the lady at the front desk was nice. I was offered refreshments. They offered complimentary service checks, which was nice. I got a printout of the specs of before and after with clear layout of my alignment. My overall experience was positive and satisfactory. I was in and out in maybe I wanna say 15- 20 mins. Maybe a little more but it wasn't long at all.
