I was a nervous to go to a new chiropractor as my old one was amazing. When you first walk in you are immediately greeted by Victoria who is very friendly and knowledgeable about joint chiropractic, she was able to answer all my questions even when I asked an obvious question she never made me feel dumb or stupid. During check out she made sure I understood my plan and was aware of how the billing process worked. Dr. Tessie… my proposal still stands. She is hilarious, smart, and instantly put my anxiety to rest. She reaffirmed that I need to make adjustments to my lifestyle with out talking down to me. Dr. Tessie is professional and brilliant and I can’t wait for my next appointment!
I am so excited that I decided to go to The Joint Chiropractic for my lower back pain. Since starting my treatments I no longer have any lower back pain. The doctors and staff are very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know that may be dealing with and kind of joint pain. Thank you all for all that you do. It will definitely not go unnoticed.
Had my first visit and it was a very positive experience. It was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Gracie did wonders on my neck and I can't wait to go back. I was a little skeptical at first with this being a walk in clinic, wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Just be aware that the adjustments are done in an open bay area so one other person can be adjusted by another doctor at the same time you are getting your treatment. If you are ok with that I say go for it!
Came into the Smyrna location today with left side lower back pain. I've been going to a Chiropractor for many years and have never gotten the release and movement that Tess gave me. She asked all the right questions did all the right testing to pinpoint the issue and then made the proper adjustments need. Tess really knows her job well hope to see her go places in your company if not she will be a great asset anywhere she goes !! :)
