This vet’s office is awesome and so accommodating. Our baby was having some pain and they took us fairly quickly without an appointment (the day before a holiday) and did not make us feel bad at all for our 120lb dog aggressive dog, which I’m always so worried about. All the staff was very sweet to us and made us feel so welcome. They treated our Token with compassion and made it such a stress free experience. I’m so grateful for the vet tech, Autumn we got, she was just the sweetest and handled our giant dog so well. I’m so so thankful for this amazing experience!! We also got our kitty fixed here and had a very positive experience. Thank you guys so much! ❤️
Premier vet is hands down the best vet! They truly care about the animals they take care of and walk you through the best way to care for your animals. From a friendly front desk, caring and educated vet techs/doctors you can’t go wrong. My husky mix has had surgery here twice and I can’t express my gratitude enough for the way they took care of my pup. It’s always tough when you know your dog is hurting but having total trust in a vet office takes away so much stress. Thank you premier vet!
This establishment was nothing, but professional and kind. We have a very difficult dog due to here first year of life. They gave us all the right tips and medications to make her visit as smooth and as easy as possible. The staff is lovely and understanding, their techs are kind and compassionate, and Dr. Stephanie was the literally one of the best vets we had even had the pleasure of meeting. Our dog was made extremely comfortable and secure. I wish I could give more than five stars
I was a client here for several years, 7 or 8 I think. They provide decent care but now that my dog has passed I won’t be taking my next pet there. My chihuahua suffered from collapsing trachea and towards the end, heart failure. The doctor was super kind and did great with treatments and ideas. We were in there fairly regularly her last year, sometimes as much as once a week at times. When it was finally time for my baby to cross the rainbow bridge, I opted to use a hospice service so we could be at home. I made that decision in front of the doctor and they recommend a couple services. I took my baby home, made the call/appointment and she crossed the next day. I never heard a word from Premier Vet Care after I walked out the door. They never called to check on me or event sent a condolences card. Maybe that’s not something they do. But it really bothers me that after so many years of being a patient there was no kind of follow up. I know they were aware of the situation because I was there when I made the decision and I never got the usual reminders when it was time for her yearly check-up.
