I started taking my puppy here when her second shots were due. We have been twice so far and the staff are extremely friendly!! They’re super sweet with the pup. We’re bringing our other dog here as well for his future visits as well. The rooms are very clean!
I'm a pet-sitter in Nashville, but my job this week was in Smyrna. Bailey needed her anal glands expressed, but I didn't know where to go. Especially since she didn't have a regular vet yet. Pets R Us got her in the next day and were so nice. They were a life saver!

Despite arriving just a minute before closing, they graciously attended to my dog's wound, treated and bandaged it to prevent further bleeding. The pricing was fair, and their genuine concern for dogs was evident. They kept me well-informed, providing clear communication about the treatment. Overall, a highly commendable experience.
