First time at this clinic and I’ve never been more impressed with a vet staff with how well they treated my animal. I care deeply for my cat and the staff showed no signs of frustration dealing with her even though she (my cat) beyond scared. I also want to acknowledge how they took the time to explain everything and run things by me before doing them. The doctor and her staff were very calm, professional and patient with both me and my cat. Also, the amount I paid for this visit was far less than expected given what they did. I plan to come back. Before the visit, my cat was not eating or drinking and was super lethargic. After the visit, she seems to be eating and coming out more. Hopefully my cat is on a speedy recovery from the treatment this facility provided!
The doctors, the technicians, and everybody at the desk took excellent care of me when I had to bring my first baby in to have him euthanized. Now I brought them a new for baby and they were exceptional. They examined him, explain things to me, gave me a packet for a new puppies, I’m very pleased at the changes that they have made and additions
They are always so kind and put me at ease. They give me all the time and info I need, every time. My Molly went in to be spade and I could tell she was so well cared for and her recovery is going so smoothly. I’m so grateful for their care for my girl. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!
This is an update to my last posting. I took our newly adopted Schnauzer, Luna, to Dr. Kendal yesterday for a wellness check and a get acquainted visit. The entire staff was simply wonderful and helpful. Dr. Kendal was very patient and took her time to check her out and make recommendations for any changes we needed to make in her care. I have been taking my pets to Southern Vet for years and have always found the Drs. to be very competent and attentive to my pets' needs. Dr. Kendal makes you feel comfortable with her attentive nature and the love of animals. I would highly recommend them and especially Dr. Kendal for any of your pets' needs.
