I asked for a simple spiderweb design, and she claimed that she did not know how to do that. The shape came out awful and bulky. She didn’t paint the whole nail and left them jagged on the edges. I asked her to fix it and she said she would but never did.

Not sure which was worse, the service or quality. I went it at 5:00 on a Tuesday afternoon for a simple gel manicure. The person who did the manicure didn’t speak to me until it was time to pay, and then only said the price. By Saturday morning, the polish on two of my nails had lifted and peeled off in single sheets.

I have been getting my nails done here for a while but these past few times I feel like I have been waisting my money here. Ive paid because they were already done not because I actually liked the end look. Today the guy that did my nails just simply rushed and did a terrible job. If I would have known they were going to be that bad for $75 I would have just done them myself. Also somehow I left with cuts on my fingers. Nails are super thin and crooked. I’m scared they might break. I mentioned this to the guy and he seemed to not cared since he already had another customer in his chair. I will definitely not be coming back here. It’s unacceptable that the guy charged $75 for a 30min nail set that looks like trash.

As someone who not only works in the service industry, but the beauty industry as well, I know how impactful feedback can be. So, it’s not my greatest pleasure to leave negative feedback about this nail salon, but they’ve left me with no choice. I was recommended this nail salon by my customers. Their acrylic nails were always on point, and beautifully designed. I no longer get acrylic nails, but I do love my dip powder. However, after five experiences at this salon I don’t think they appreciate their non acrylic clients at all. As I previously stated, today wasn’t my first visit to this salon, but it was the straw that completely turned me off. I thought my first experience was rushed, but it had nothing on my service today. I know what you’re thinking, why give someone five opportunities, but again, I’m in the service/beauty industry, and I wanted to give them a chance. Plus, my nails never chipped, or broke so they have to kinda know what they are doing. Now, that’s saying a lot coming from me. Seeing as I’m a full time wax specialist, and I’m hard on my nails. My first visit to this salon was okay nothing special. Someone definitely could have swept the floor, as their were old toe nail laying around the pedicure area, but I get it. You get busy. The service wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad enough to run me away. Now, my second service. There was so much left over powder on my hands. I wish I would have taken a photo, but I could have done my toes with what was left behind. The girl seemed new. So I chalked it up to inexpensive. However, I was picking flakes from off my hands for two days. The SLOPPIEST dip job I’ve ever seen in my life, but they still didn’t break. Now, that’s saying a lot. Im not new to getting my nails done by a long shot. So I was really impressed with the longevity of my nails. The 3rd time by far was the best experience. I’ve had a different tech every time, and this time the older gentleman in the salon did my nails. He took his time, my shape was on point, and he seemed the most knowledgeable. Now, because of that experience. I figured I could give them another try. Sigh, welp my next visit was the most painful. A younger gentleman did my fingernails, and he did a number on my cuticles. Chewed them UP! I’m not being extra. There wasn’t a finger that didn’t have a piece of skin missing when he was done. It was the burning for me. He seemed too eager to get to his full set acrylic client, than he was in slowing down, and making sure he wasn’t taking chunks out my skin. Did he apologized for his mistakes, of course not. He just powered through the service, and made it seem like it was my fault because I was moving. Ironic, because I’ve never had that problem before. I also left with my nails shorter than they were when I arrived. Which is confusing. I specifically asked for my length to be left alone. Allllllllll of this after soaking my feet for an hour, and in half waiting for my services to start. A mess. Now my experience today. The worse!! I was supposed to get a pedicure as well, but after they finished my first service. I was ready to go. I’m talking completely turned off. I mean not that I really had a choice anyway. My technician was in such a rush, yet again, to get to his ombré full set client!!! I guess he missed the part where I requested a pedicure. He casually brought it up as he was checking me out, but I wasn’t going to allow him to continue to man handle me. I was ready to go! Stay tuned for Part 2
