Everyone was super friendly and informative the entire time. They walked me through everything as it was happening so I never felt left in the dark. They even took the time to let me know exactly what my deductible would be for my next appointment! The office is super warm and inviting and feels more personal that other offices I’ve been to. I also never felt criticized for the bit of decay that I did have, and after explaining that my mental health during quarantine made it a bit difficult to take care of myself to the extent that I would have liked to, they made sure to let me know that I was doing my best and taking the right steps to rectify that! Everyone is super friendly and understanding and I would 100% recommend them!
When I reached the office my appointment had been canceled accidentally they said and were having issues with the staff's training on scheduling. They were able to work me in since the next patient was a no show. So all went well. Thanks Creekview for keeping my smile pretty!
Dr McNeely and his assistant are amazing! Every time I go in, they not only remember me as a patient, but they remember me as a person. They are friendly and always do everything they can to make me feel at ease, which is saying a lot given my anxiety about dentistry. I am so happy with them and would recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to go see Dr McNeely!!!
Kristy always does a fantastic job of not only cleaning my teeth but listening to any concerns. I have in addressing them. Olivia was very good handling x-rays and getting me set up. good service over the last six years.
Love the tranquil atmosphere,plus the view of nature while in the chair puts one at ease. Most dentists' offices I've experienced in the past don't even have windows. The staff is courteous,professional, and keep you informed every step of the way. The dentist is very down to earth and knowledgeable, and explains things to you in simple terms.....PLUS he gladly answers any and all questions you may have. For the first time ever,I do not dread going to the dentist! I highly recommend Creekview!!
