Amazing is not enough words to describe the staff and services at Smirh Dental. I had a deep cleaning and fell asleep because I was so relaxed and comfortable. They are all so professional, warm and courteous. Every one of the staff knows their job so well and are absolutely good at it. I am so grateful to them and I am always so happy to share my experience with anyone.
Very friendly personnel and clean. I always look to see if a dental office cleans the items they touch in the room and I also watch to see if they leave the room with gloves that they put on new ones when they come back (You never know what they touched). I love the decor of every room, which is a different color and name (both Dr's are surfers)
I am a new patient & had my first appointment yesterday. Their website is so user friendly for setting up an appointment, filling out patient registration & uploading my insurance information. Even better, is the office atmosphere & friendly staff. The facility runs so smoothly, is very clean & each room is bright & fun. I absolutely love this dentist office & will continue to come here for my future dental needs!
I have always been pleased with the care I receive at Smith Dental. The staff members are pleasant and efficient. However, my latest visit was exceptional. It was an unscheduled event that required extensive treatment. They were able to get me in early the next morning and work me into their already booked schedules. I do not think the procedure could have been done any better if I had been the only patient for the day.
My crown fell off and so I called Smith Dental and was brought in within the hour. The staff was very understanding and the dentist explained my options after x-ray and examination. The procedure went very well. Thank you, Dr. Paul, assistant, and staff for taking care of my urgent dental issue! ???? I strongly recommend Smith Dental!
