As one who experienced dental office trauma as a child, this practice has always gone the extra mile to be kind, gentle, and mindful of any anxiety that comes up for me. I've been with this practice for 20 years or more and I've never been disappointed. Great team. Great environment. My hygienists are incredible.

First I want to start off by saying that I have a 2 year old son who, to put it in small amount of words, is easily overwhelmed and overstimulated especially around strangers and in new places. I was fully transparent with them about our son and our situation the day I asked them for their professional opinion on whether or not they thought he needed his own appointment, they said yes, and again when we went into our appointment, me being first, then my son for a “happy” appointment, then his dad. Although there were exactly three red flags that occurred on this day, I will only be speaking on the worst one that had me running out of that office in tears, hold on to my baby boy a little tighter. On October 16, 2023 my son was supposed to have his first dentist appointment. He is 2, nonverbal but understand EVERYTHING that is being said to him and around him, and he is sensitive in his surroundings, meaning a gathering of 6 people or a new place is like a tornado in his mind. They knew this. My son wasn’t “perfect” that day but it was still one of his good days. He screamed a total of 3 times but not for a long period of time, it was just to say he was upset. Again, he is nonverbal. My husband, his dad, was doing everything he could to keep him calm even though we were freaking out on the inside wondering how he was going to do in the chair, but we never got to that because Dr.Richardson decided to come into our room without any compassion, no smile, no I’m sorry, nothing, and proceeded to tell us with a stern voice that our son had to go, that he is SCARING people, that he won’t let them focus, and that they couldn’t have that there. My 2 year old, nonverbal, scared little boy was scaring grown adults…? And all of this was being said in front of my child! My husband walks out with our son, I’m trying to keep my composure while trying to fill out my sons paper work, when red flag number 3 occurres. The first one was before the dr walked in. So I walk out to wait on them to call my son back over there (all of this was their instructions to us) and at this point, we are upset, my son is crying and holding on to me for dear life. As we’re contemplating cancelling the appointment, they call us. I take him but he is already scared out of his mind, doesn’t want to let go of me and can’t stop crying. I knew there was no going back as they already set the tone for him of not feeling welcome or wanted. I asked if we could just cancel it and got up to leave but they kept pushing on “trying” at this point I couldn’t keep the tears in any longer and told them no, we were done and ran out of there as fast as I could. I rebuked the words that were said And the actions done around my son in hopes that it wouldn’t stay with him later in life. I have never been more disappointed in another “Christian” business as I was that day. There is no excuse for the lack of love and compassion that they showed. I was fully transparent with them from the start. They should have been more prepared to take him in that day especially when they suggested for the appointment. I will never be going back there again.

I'm a relatively new patient here. I've had a regular visit with a cleaning and exam. I also needed a crown... that's all complete now. I have to say I am very happy my daughter-in-law recommended them. Dr. Reeves and his assistant Michaela were excellent! And my Hygienist, Kim was excellent as well. Very professional and friendly. They all kept me comfortable through the procedures and kept me informed on what they were doing. Very happy to find them!

always my go to ! I suggest them to everyone! My daughter was about ti have major surgery and the front office staff made sure to get her name and let me know they would be wishing her well. She is not yet a patient at the office but yet they care so much that they treat you like family !!! #Smyrnasmiles

This was my first visit and all went very well! The hygienist was thorough and explained all she was doing during the cleaning process. Dr. Richardson was great to address my dental issues. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
